Spending stalls on nonresidential jobs

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Nonresidential construction spending was essentially flat in January, according to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau analyzed by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

On a seasonally adjusted annualized basis, total nonresidential spending reached $1.245 trillion.
