$11M federal grant buoys Port of Everett pier modernization

Pier 3 is the longest berth at the Port of Everett international seaport.

The Port of Everett will modernize and strengthen a 53-year-old pier at the international seaport using an $11.3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation Maritime Administration.
