Help guide Tacoma apprentice program

TACOMA — The Tacoma City Council is looking fill 17 positions on the city's Local Employment and Apprenticeship Training Program (LEAP) advisory committee.

According to a city news release, the training program “aims to level the playing field with training, resources, and employment opportunities so that more citizens can earn better wages.”
