Board approves ST3 cuts, changes

SEATTLE — The Sound Transit Board voted Thursday in favor of amendments to the ST3 system plan, approving cuts and changes in an effort to address an estimated $34.5 billion funding gap over the next 20 years.

The updated system plan outlines projects that the agency says are affordable within existing resources.
