April sees rise in construction spending

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Spending on construction projects rose by 0.1% in April, according to an Associated Builders and Contractors analysis of the latest U.S. Census Bureau data.

The ABC found that, on a seasonally adjusted annualized basis, nonresidential spending totaled $1.250 trillion.
