Construction starts at Issaquah Highlands' senior housing development

The Springs at Issaquah Highlands is set to open in late 2028.

Ground was broken last week on The Springs at Issaquah Highlands, a new 225-unit senior housing community. The community is being built on a 3.5-acre undeveloped site, newly addressed at 850 Eighth Ave. N.E. That's close to Gateway Park and adjacent to Swedish Issaquah.
