Open house June 17 for $500M ST work

SEATTLE — Sound Transit will host an open house June 17 to brief contractors and industry stakeholders on more than $500 million in upcoming work tied to its State of Good Repair and Sounder programs.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon at the Rosa Parks Conference Room, 705 Fifth Ave. S, and will be held in person. Agency staff will introduce new program leadership and outline plans for packaging and delivering multiple contracting opportunities. Sound Transit is also seeking feedback on timelines, procurement strategies and project packaging.
