Builder sought for W. Seattle park

SEATTLE — Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking a builder to turn a vacant 0.38-acre lot at 4731 40th Ave. S.W. into an open green space and neighborhood park.

A notice for the West Seattle Junction Landbank Park project ran in Wednesday's DJC. Bids are due July 15.
