L&I eyes plumber rule changes
TUMWATER — The state Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) is proposing changes to state plumber certification rules affecting how infractions may be used to suspend certified plumbers and plumbing contractors.
The amendments stem from Senate Bill 6197, passed this session by the state Legislature.
