17 Green Lake units proposed

SEATTLE — An old six-plex at 6519 Fourth Ave. N.E. sold in April for at bit under $1.8 million.

That now 64-year-old rental now appears to be headed for demolition. New owner Greenlake Living LLC, of Spokane, filed a plan last week to replace it with a five-story, 17-unit apartment building.
