Earthwork, Konnerup tapped for Skagit culvert replacements

  • Work will remove outdated crossings and install new, fish-passable structures designed to withstand flooding.

    Konnerup Construction will start work in July to replace the damaged South Osterman Creek culvert.

    Skagit County is preparing for a busy summer of roadwork as crews replace two aging culverts in the eastern part of the county, with full closures planned on key rural routes through October.
