Team selected for $41M UW outpatient medical center expansion

The existing outpatient medical center will be expanded by 9,645 square feet.

The University of Washington has selected the design-build team of Lease Crutcher Lewis and NBBJ to modernize and expand its Northwest Outpatient Medical Center (OPMC) at 10330 Meridian Ave. N. in the Licton Springs neighborhood.
