Speed fines increase for work zones

Starting tomorrow, the state will issue fines for first-time speeding violations captured by work zone cameras.

Road construction crews in Washington will see stronger protections starting July 1, when the state begins issuing fines for first-time speeding violations captured by work zone cameras.
