Contractor sought to restore Seattle City Hall Plaza

The project includes removing paving, tile and cladding from the plaza, replacing the waterproofing, adding new cast-in-place concrete, and other renovations.

The city of Seattle is looking for a contractor to address “waterproofing deficiencies,” throughout the plaza west of Seattle City Hall at 600 Fourth Ave.
