NWSA deploys second electric forklift at Tacoma terminal

The electric forklifts are replacing diesel-powered machines that are among the most heavily used pieces of cargo-handling equipment at the terminal.

The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) has expanded its fleet of zero-emission cargo-handling equipment with the arrival of a second battery-electric forklift at the East Blair One Terminal in Tacoma.
