JV picked for $2.4B L.A. light rail

LOS ANGELES — San Fernando Transit Constructors, a joint venture of Skanska USA Civil and Stacy Witbeck, has been awarded an additional contract by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) for the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Project.

This new award brings the total contract value, including pre-construction and early work, to $2.4 billion.
