KIRKLAND — All lanes of northbound Interstate 405 are set to close this weekend from Northeast 70th Place to Northeast 85th Street as crews progress with work on the Washington State Department of Transportation's $234.4 million I-405/Northeast 85th Street Interchange and Inline Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Station Project.
Crews with WSDOT contractor Graham Contracting are scheduled to dig out a section of the freeway to install a concrete culvert to reconnect a fish passage beneath northbound I-405 to a section under southbound I-405 Graham built during a full closure last month.
