UW picks team for Burke-Gilman work

SEATTLE — The University of Washington has selected the design-build team of Granite Construction and KPFF for a widening and safety project on portions of the Burke-Gilman Trail that pass through its Seattle campus.

The https://www.djc.com/news/ae/12174144.html" target="_blank"> DJC reported in February that the project will widen sections of the trail footprint for one mile from Rainier Vista to Northeast 47th Street to improve safety and accommodate an increasing volume of users.
