Lummi wastewater project earns national award

The Lummi Tribal Sewer & Water District received approximately $15 million through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to modernize the facility.

The Lummi Tribal Sewer & Water District has received national recognition for major upgrades to its Gooseberry Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, earning a PISCES Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
