Work starts on Stan Sayres boat ramp

SEATTLE — Seattle Parks and Recreation has begun work to replace the aging Stan Sayres boat ramp at 3808 Lake Washington Blvd. S., next to the Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center.

Contractor Forma Construction is scheduled to mobilize on Tuesday and begin replacing the north section of the ramp, which has reached the end of its useful life.
