Weekend work will close I-405

BOTHELL — All lanes of southbound Interstate 405 in Bothell will close this weekend as work continues on the Washington State Department of Transportation's I-405/Brickyard to SR 527 Improvement Project.

Skanska USA Inc. is the design-build contractor for the $834 million “Brickyard” project, improving 4.5 miles of I-405 from just south of the state Route 522 interchange to the interchange with SR-527. Work this weekend will involve drainage, pavement reconstruction and bridge repairs.
