Restroom rebuild for Licton Springs

SEATTLE — After it was destroyed by arson in 2021, the restroom building at Licton Springs Park is ready to be rebuilt.

Seattle Parks and Recreation has hired Peak Drywall Solutions of Tukwila for the job, and the contractor began mobilizing at the park, located at 9536 Ashworth Ave. N., on Monday. DJC records show a contract award of $961,785 for the work.
