More water regulations are good news to some

    CLEAR WATER Compliance Services, a Lynnwood-based engineering and water treatment company, is growing quickly in the Northwest and nationally. Bill Elliott, Clear Water's president, said a stronger national emphasis on water-quality regulations is driving the market.
