Make sure to E-Verify on federal contracts

  • New requirements kicked in last month about reporting employees that work on federal contracts.

    Are you E-Verifying? You better be if you're a federal contractor.

    A federal court recently confirmed that all federal contractors and subcontractors involved in solicitations issued or contracts awarded after Sept. 8 must enroll and participate in the E-Verify program. Those that don't may face audits and could lose their eligibility for federal projects.
