    A $30 million river walk planned for Oregon City’s Blue Heron mill property will offer views of Willamette Falls. A firm will be selected to prepare the schematic design in late May.

    Southbound Oregon 99E runs past a no-nonsense stretch of gas stations, restaurants and auto-supply stores before swerving west around the south end of downtown Oregon City.
