Ethiopia plans to start filling reservoir of $4.6B Blue Nile dam next month

    CAIRO — Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia on Sunday said talks would continue this week to resolve their dispute over a Nile dam Ethiopia is constructing, even as Cairo accused Addis Ababa of rejecting “fundamental issues” at the heart of the negotiations.
