King Street Center

King Street Center
King Street Center, a joint venture of Wright Runstad & Co. and King County, is the new home of the county's departments of Natural Resources and Transportation.

The 315,000-square-foot project is located at Second Avenue South and South Jackson Street in Seattle's Pioneer Square. Originally designed by NBBJ for an earlier development concept, the $65 million building and its system were modified by the county to be as ecologically friendly as possible.
