Project of the Week: The Harrison
The Harrison, the newest affordable housing project by the Capitol Hill Housing Improvement Program, was recently completed at 15th Avenue East and East Harrison Street. The project cost was $2.5 million.

The 22,500-square-foot, four-story building has 19 units, including studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Rents range from $525 to $675.
