Four local entrepreneurs, Ken Jones, Seamas Markey, Kevin Briscoe and Maurice Dunn, are converting a longtime industrial warehouse building in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood into 35,000 square feet of class A office space. The anchor tenant is Pacific Lighting Systems, which is owned by Jones and Markey.
