Ballard Lofts, a four-story, 73,000-square-foot building, houses a variety of light industrial, high-tech and professional spaces on the upper floors and retail and marine-related spaces on the lower levels. The project, at 1455 N.W. Leary Way in Seattle, was completed last year.
