Project of the Week: Time Square
The former Orillia Office Park, a onetime Boeing campus, was redeveloped last year for $6.4 million. The project, at 800 S.W. 39th St. in Renton, was completed in September.
The 22-acre campus was built in 1986 with five buildings totaling 322,000 square feet.
