Lutheran Community Services Northwest recently saw the completion of its Village at Angle Lake Community Services Building at 4040 188th St. in SeaTac.
The three-story, $5 million building includes a childcare facility, health clinic, social service center and office space.
Lutheran Community Services Northwest occupies the third floor.
The 31,500-square-foot building has a steel frame with slab-on-grade construction, and a three-story atrium. The 88,000-square-foot site includes landscaping, a play area and 77 parking stalls.
The project is seeking LEED certification.
