Project of the Week: Bay Vista Commons

The Bremerton Housing Authority recently completed the Bay Vista Commons, a 72-unit senior housing project at 191 Russell Road.

The building includes 60 assisted-living apartments and 12 dementia-care apartments. Many units and common areas have views of Oyster Bay. Other amenities include a living room, TV room, sitting areas and a library.
