Gridiron

Condominiums are selling in the Gridiron, located at 589 Occidental Ave. S., next to CenturyLink Field.

Seven new floors have been added to the four-story, century-old Seattle Plumbing building. The 107 units have full floor-to-ceiling windows and luxury finishes.

Gridiron has a clubroom with a kitchen, lounge seating, fireplace, wine nook with individual wine lockers, and a fitness room. A rooftop terrace offers views of the waterfront.

There are bike lockers, and a pet run and grooming area. A restaurant is planned on the ground floor.

The project was designed to preserve the character of the old masonry building while adding to the revitalization of Pioneer Square, blending the history of the 1850s neighborhood with modern conveniences.
