Bogtown Flats is a new 85-unit apartment building at 9039 Greenwood Ave. N. in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood.
The 106,300-square-foot project has six floors of apartments over two levels of parking with 56 stalls.
Apartments range from about 600 to 1,100 square feet, with open one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom loft configurations. Included are six live/work lofts. Some units have views of the Olympic Mountains.
Amenities include a bourbon lounge, pet spa, rooftop deck, fitness loft, and repair station and storage room for 23 bikes.
Rents range from $1,655 to $2,600 a month except for 20% of the units that have reduced rents under the city's multifamily property tax exemption program.
Construction used panelized wood framing and cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned concrete decks.
