Ida Culver Broadview Residence

The 27,000-square-foot renovation of the Ida Culver Broadview Residence of ERA Living, located at 12505 Greenwood Ave. N., converted the space from a skilled nursing facility to a memory care facility.

The space includes 44 resident units, common areas, activity areas, exercise rooms and more.

The tenant improvement project was organized in a two-phase block schedule to coordinate the transfer of residents from the first floor to the second floor between phases.
