Do you need a construction manager?

Construction management is a discipline and management process tailored to capital intensive projects. Many governmental agencies in Washington state, such as the Port of Seattle and Washington State University, have used CM services. Shown here is the Sea-Tac Airport terminal expansion (above) and the new WSU student center (below).

When most clients consider a building project, they tend to think of the more traditional design-bid-build (DBB) approach to delivering the project.
