Chilly and hilly Seattle's romance with bikes is just beginning, and spring is just around the corner.
The number of bikers here is burgeoning. Sensors on the Fremont Bridge show there has been a 28 percent increase in bicycle traffic, according to the Seattle Bike Blog, and that's during the cold months.
