The first thing you see when you step into DLR Group's new Seattle office is daylight — from almost every direction. As you turn the corner and your eyes adjust, the Seattle Great Wheel looms large, and a blue and green panorama to the west just keeps expanding.
It's the kind of view you might expect from a CEO's office in the heights of a tall, glass-walled office building — not from the elevator core of a hundred-year-old, six-story brick and concrete structure. But there it is.
