HDR

Edward M. Tenny has been named national marketing manager for government affairs at HDR Engineering. He has spent the past 10 years as a consultant to municipal agencies, particularly water and wastewater utilities. Tenny is an active leader in professional organizations serving the water, wastewater and public works community. He has represented major water utilities in regulatory negotiations and has presented utility views to regulators and legislators at federal, state and local levels
