INCA

Russ Bauder has recently joined INCA Engineers in Bellevue, as a project manager in the transportation department. His responsibilities with INCA will include management and design of complex transportation projects. Bauder has 22 years of engineering experience in the design and construction of streets and highways throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Chuck Purnell recently joined INCA as a project manager in the Transportation Department. His responsibilities with INCA will include management and design of complex transportation-related projects. Purnell has managed and designed transportation, drainage, wastewater treatment and water supply projects.
