The environmental planning, design and construction management firm of Brown and Caldwell added staff to its Seattle office. Tom Thramer brings more than 23 years of experience in the pulp and paper and chemical industries. He was plant manager in Convert Pac's Seattle facility and a staff engineer at Industra.
Mike VanCleave is a mechanical process engineer specializing in energy designs. His experience includes cogeneration facilities, alternative energy development and use of biofuels. VanCleave has more than 10 years of expertise in boiler, steam and condensate systems.
Michael Pena is the new engineer-in-training. Pena was at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Ed Yoosefian has 16 years of experience in HVAC, process piping, life safety, controls and energy management systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
