Kurt Fraese and
David Winter have been named regional managers at GeoEngineers. The positions were created to respond to the firm's growth. Fraese, who has been with the firm since 1988, will oversee the Puget Sound region offices, which include Redmond, Everett, Bellingham, Tacoma and Olympia. Fraese, a licensed geologist, has been principal in-charge of more than 300 environmental assessment and remediation projects throughout the western U.S. He leads the firm's energy market sector, and serves on the board of directors. Winter, who joined the firm in 2002, will be in charge of the western region offices: Spokane, Portland, Boise, Anchorage and Honolulu. He is a registered engineer with 23 years of experience with geotechnical and environmental projects. He leads the firm's federal programs, and site development and redevelopment market sectors.
