Ken Pick joined the Kirkland office of Penhallegon Associates as a senior project manager for the company's municipal department. Pick has 13 years of experience in planning, design and construction management for water and sewer utility projects. He is working on pressure zone modifications for Maple Valley and water main replacement in Cross Valley. Linda Scott joined the company's Seattle office as a senior planner. She has more than 20 years experience in environmental, municipal, capital and facilities planning, and is assisting with a sewer plan for Penn Cove Water District and a wastewater plan for the city of Sedro Woolley.
