Center for Urban Waters to break ground Wednesday

The Center for Urban Waters has been in the works for years. Activities in the office and lab building will focus on showing the relationship between clean urban waters and economic activity.

Tacoma's $36.9 million Center for Urban Waters will break ground on Wednesday. The long-planned project is designed to achieve a LEED platinum rating.
