PORTLAND (AP) — Portland's “water house,” an energy efficient demonstration home that was built by the Water Bureau at a cost of $940,000, has been sold for $395,000.
The Oregonian reports (http://bit.ly/1iqr9UU ) Commissioner Nick Fish, who oversees the Water Bureau, signed a contract last week with a Portland couple who expect the deal to close at the end of the month.
