353-acre Snohomish River estuary project nears completion

The project cost is $20 million.

The Port of Everett and its project partner, Wildlands, a national wetland mitigation firm based out of Rocklin, California, have reached the final phase of their Blue Heron Slough project which will restore 353 acres of Snohomish River estuary habitat between the cities of Everett and Marysville.
