Levee setback project at Tolt River will reduce flood risks and improve habitat

King County is currently in the planning stages of a project that will reduce flood risks and improve habitat in and along the lower Tolt River. The project is located in the city of Carnation on the north bank of the river, between state Route 203 and the Snoqualmie Valley Trail.
