State offers new resources for clean energy funding

The Washington State Department of Commerce recently announced two new programs to help connect Washington entities with federal clean energy and climate funding opportunities: The Clean Energy Tax Credit Assistance Program (CETCAP) and the Grant Writing Assistance Program.

Supported by the state's Climate Commitment Act, the programs intend to make it easier for organizations to bring federal dollars to Washington for important infrastructure projects.
