Energy reporting portal goes live

SEATTLE — The Seattle Office of Sustainability and Environment (OSE) has opened the Energy Benchmarking Reporting Year 2024 Compliance Portal. Owners of buildings that are required to benchmark energy use can now submit their data.

The city requires owners of non-residential and multifamily buildings greater than 20,000 square feet to track and report energy performance annually.
